Focus On Your Dog's Specific Coat Type

Dogs have thirteen coat types! Cass uses her expertise to decide what type of coat your dog has and what type of shampoo, conditioner, and trim would be best for your furry friend!

Sulfate Free Shampoos and Silicone Free Conditoners

Sulfate shampoos and silicone conditioners can actually make it harder for you to care for the coat at home! Cass makes sure to use better ingredients from the tub to the table (and shares her knowledge!) to help you care for your pet in between!

Dog Safe Creative Color!

As a former cosmetologist, Cass actually knows a lot about color (what is safe!) and color placement on dogs! She often colors her own dog, Jinnora, and offers these creative services to whoever asks!

Individual Dog Needs

Every dog is an individual, and Cass carefully watches their body language to offer them their best grooming experience! She understands some dogs just want to be done with grooming, but other dogs just want to be pampered longer!

Mobile dog grooming is a very good way to ease a dog that is anxious in a typical brick and mortar salon environment. What sets Country Creature Comforts apart from the others is that we strive on the individual pet and what they need, not just emotionally, but genetically according to their coat type!

Meet Your Groomer

Cass has had a lifelong love of all animals, and has grown up in Princeton, Idaho with horses and dogs being her favorite animals growing up.

She is PETCO safe trained, and PETCO's standards adhere closely to AKC S.A.F.E's training. She is currently working on becoming fully AKC S.A.F.E certified.

In her spare time, she continues her education in grooming, spends time with her husband James, and trains with her border collie, Jinnora.

She has taken the Course by Groomer's Guide on the Thirteen Coat Types of Dogs and Specializes in Double Coated Dogs, such as Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas (long OR short haired) and Huskies.
